The Young Corporation Award aims to recognise and celebrate exemplary employers who demonstrate a commitment to nurturing and developing young talent. To receive this award, we were evaluated on the following criteria:
- Promoting young leaders on an international scale

- Investing time and resources in fostering the competence of young individuals within the organisation
