German is a Master Mariner who joined Krogius in 2005. Before becoming a Marine Surveyor, German was at sea for 20 years, serving on a variety of vessels; lastly as a Master on general cargo vessels.
He has extensive experience in bulk cargoes and on bulk cargo vessels. Apart from conducting dry bulk surveys, German has investigated and advised on a wide range of matters including stowage and lashing of heavy cargoes. He has supervised and advised in numerous special heavy cargo projects. German has successfully passed exams and is awarded with Lloyd’s Agency CCSP Stage 2 Certificate as well as P&IQ Stage 1 Certificate.
