CV summary

Margo started in Krogius as IT support and system administrator in 2004. Following years, during expansion of the company outside Finland and Baltics, Margo was responsible for developing and maintaining reliable cross-border infrastructure and IT systems.

As IT is very closely linked to business processes, Margo became more involved in daily claims and survey related matters. During 2009-2013 he was handling Payment Protection Insurance claims in Estonia, at the same time implementing and developing our claims management system dedicated for the exact purpose – to handle massive amount of claims. In October 2013 Margo moved to Moscow to support our claims activities there.

In August 2014 he was appointed as our Country Manager in Russia. Since 2019, after changes to our Minsk office, Margo is also responsible for our activities and work done in Belarus.

Margo has successfully passed Lloyd’s examination on: Module 3: Lloyd´s Cargo Claims and Recoveries.
