Pallav has worked with different nationalities, cultures and languages. He has worked for over a decade on container and bulk ships from being a cadet to climbing his way up to chief mate.

Pallav was also part of the vessel performance team for Maersk G class vessel. Pallav was in China for a year doing retrofits whereas per ship dynamics they were optimizing vessels fuel efficiency. 

Pallav has implemented various programs onboard where they graphically studied key indicators affecting vessel performance and worked out various scenarios to get the best outcome possible.
