Saverio is a Merchant Navy Engineer Officer and Marine Engineering Surveyor with experience onboard cruise liners (Carnival Corp.) and since 2017 he has experience as an independent Marine Surveyor.

 Is an IMO Certification Holder (Reg. III/1 - OOW) on ships of any propulsion power and also qualified as a Surveyor for Marine Systems and Installations. He has experience in cargo surveys including cargo preparation heavy lift, securing of breakbulk and OOG cargoes. 

Also specialized in On-Off/hire condition surveys including crane visual inspection, bunker surveys, draft surveys. Considering his background and onboard experience, he is very inclined to hull and machinery investigation incident and machinery repair.
