Hanna has started as Survey Coordinator and Claims Handler in Finland. After a couple of years, she became team leader for the Claim Handlers and Car Inspectors.

During the company’s expansion outside Finland, her responsibility area switched to Management of claims procedures in Finland, the Baltic States, Russia, Ukraine, Denmark and Sweden for the key marine cargo insurance customers.

Responsibilities were including new procedures implementation, staff training, operative and financial results as well as client relations. Hanna was appointed as Managing Director of Van Ameyde Krogius in March 2017.
