CV summary

James is a Project Manager & Renewables Senior Surveyor and joined McAusland & Turner in 2004. James started his career with McAusland’s superintending lash barge loading on the Humber. 

Following the demise of this service James was transferred to the Felixstowe office where he executed breakbulk loadouts including remodelling the way the work was planned and reported upon. James introduced 3D drawing and in doing so was able to predict exact lashing angles. This led to principal’s consumable spend being reduced exponentially leading to increased activity. 

Following the winning of a large wind turbine manufacturer’s contract James was promoted to Project Manager and is invited to and attends all technical meetings with them where experiences are shared and better practices devised. James also assists colleagues with technical support and attends loading and unloading inspections of project cargo around the world.
