Maxym joined Krogius Group in 2007 as recovery claims lawyer and claims handler, broadening later his work activity with skills of surveyor.

Before joining Krogius Group, Maxym had extensive experience in civil and commercial law field, covering building, property, services and commodity distribution areas. His key activities as surveyor are: - General cargo, vehicles claims, CMR liability claims and adjustment & recoveries; - Coordination and execution of domestic and international cargo surveys; - Assistance to clients’ logistics departments in everyday operations and quality assurance; - Theft and fire incidents investigations; - Risk assessment of warehouses; - Development, implementation and maintenance of claims handling procedures, insurance contracts and settlement agreements.
