Profile Summary Bronwen graduated with a Master's degree in Chemistry with Industrial Experience, after which she moved from postgraduate research into investigative analytical laboratories, specialising in petroleum products analysis. She went on to design, build and accredit a fuel testing laboratory to UKAS standards. Bronwen handles bunker quality disputes and liquid chemical cargo cases, attending and witnessing fuel and cargo testing at laboratories worldwide, with particular expertise in fuel characterisation, contaminant identification and GC-MS. She joined Van Ameyde Marine in 2026 as an expert fuel chemist, supporting clients on bunker and cargo matters across the UK.
