He is well-versed with the bunker industry of Singapore and has dealt with several bunker quality and quantity disputes. His proven track record in managing petroleum product blending operations for global trading entities, with operational oversight ensuring compliance with commerical specifications and regulatory frameworks. 

Radzuan has extensive laboratory management experience, emphasising quality control, root cause analysis and continuous process optimisation. He combines in-depth chemical and operational acumen with sector-specific insights to deliver robust, technically sound recommendations in high-stakes marine and energy-sector contexts. Radzuan also has experience in dealing with damaged dry bulk and steel cargoes.
